Terrible service at Fair Price Olievenhoutbosch

I went to the store, Fair Price Olievenhoutbosch 26/12/18 to change my original maybe to something else, only for them to tell me to come back tomorrow coz my laybye has disappeared from the system! I was told the guy at the store can't assist and that I should come back the next day. What nonsense of a service is this? All these months when I have been paying they could see my laybye, and now its vanished?????
