Terrible service at Fair Price Jabulani

I bought a set of coffee tables from Fair price Jabulani on the 16th of December 2024 and was advised to expect a call to collect the same week. No one called. I tried calling them and their lines are not answered. Went to the store yesterday the 29th of December to collect my tables and was told the tables are not there. Asked for a refund which was refused because I don't have an ID on me. After expressing my disgust with the service,Martha took my number and promised my tables would be delivered to today. No one has called or delivered my tables. The staff is not only rude but the cashier chews go while disregarding customers and is very rude.
