Terrible service at Fair Price Alberton

I will never buy from Fair price again the service is terrible and the products purchased is unusable due to factory fault! After a month of looking for a gas stove that is the correct size and has everything we wanted at a good price I finally found one at Fair price Alberton. It took another month for me to finally get delivery, they never had stock and promised me it will be in the warehouse Friday then Monday then Wednesday and so on.. They also promised to phone as soon as they know anything which of course never happened! I resorted to going to the store every two to three days to find out if stock had arrived, when it finally did things only got worse! Upon paying with my Credit Card the Cashier wanted to make a copy of my Credit card as their machine did not ask for my pin... the fact that their credit card machine is not updated is not my fault and I have never in my life heard of a cashier having to make a copy of a credit card! In this mess of me trying to ensure my credit card details remained safe, I was not given an Invoice by the cashier. So received delivery of the stove (once again I asked them to phone before delivery which did not happen) and as it was over the holiday the tenants in the flat did not try to use the stove until this week, well they are unable to use the oven as there is no burner in it!! I wasted two months looking for a stove spent money on it and now it can't even be used or returned! Terrible service all around and poor quality products!
