Terrible Service

On the 21st of January 2023 we bought 2 items from a Fair Price store in Witbank Mpumalanga. Only one item was delivered and it was delivered very late on the 15th of February 2023. Now we are waiting for the other item and its been a month now they are giving us excuses, it seems like they sold us something they do not have. They failed to inform us earlier and when we tried to call them but they did not answer the phone.
