TERRIBLE SERVICE

I bought a coffee table online on 25 November and I was advised that it will take 21 days to deliver as it was currently out of stock. I have waited for more than 21 days with endless follow ups and instead I am being pushed to look for something else on the website which I have no interest in. I have been emailing and calling but no luck. Last week a lady called me and said that she will call me back in regards with my refund and she never called back. Yesterday i called and was told that the person who deals with queries is out. I called again today and was told that I will get called back. I called again 2 times and now no one is answering my calls. Guys, Please send me the coffee table or refund my money.
