Terrible online service don't buy there

I bought my bed and wardrobe online on the 4th of August 2024 which they state it take about 7 to 21 working days to deliver. Still to this day I am waiting for my order. When I call their 087 number it does not go through, the shop at mohlakeng cannot help me and when I send an email no one is responding.
