Terrible experience

The most terrible experience I have ever experienced in my life at fair price South gate. I would never ever recommend anyone to purchase anything from them. We had bought a table but when we got home the table was not in proper working condition we brought it back for a refund and the manager just started going off on us. He didn’t want to listen to us he had a terrible attitude. Even when he opened the product he struggled himself. He still refused to refund us without giving a proper explanation. This has really been the worst experience of my life I work in retail so I had to reiterate to him how customer service is a vital Part of our how a business is run. Shame on you!
