Terrible Experience

I ordered a TV unit from your store online. The item was delivered unassembled. When I requested assistance with assembly, I was referred to one of your technicians.

The technician quoted a fee that is more than half the purchase price of the TV unit, stating that the charge is based on the suburb where I live. I find this unreasonable and unfair.

Since then, I have struggled to receive clear assistance. I have been passed around without a proper resolution. The level of customer service has been disappointing and unhelpful. I would appreciate a clear and fair solution to this matter as soon as possible.
