Terrible, Disgusting service

I bought a wardrobe from Fair Price Mams Mall, the lady by the name of Kholofelo told me my things will be delivered by Wednesday and specifically said Thursday I will be having my wardrobe. When I called her yesterday she gave me attitude it's Friday still no wardrobe.. The service is so terrible.. Am so ****ed If I knew that I will wait for million years before I get my stuff I wouldn't have bought from that shop
