Terrible Customer Service and abuse displayed by fair price

The service that Fair Price at Bree street in Johannesburg is absolutely despicable and appalling, their driver is rude and unprofessional...he came to my place delivered defected goods that I did not view in store and then shouted at me and harassed me, the store consultant advised me to come and get my money. Can you imagine the disrespect and disregard for my schedule and money that I have to spend travelling to their store. Had the warehouse sent out goods that are in perfect condition I'd be talking a different story. Never ever purchase at this store.
