Terrible condition products and bad service

Fair price Jabulani furniture store has terrible customer service. I went there about two weeks ago and bought a bed and bedroom suite to the value of R8500, the delivery of the goods was a day late, the goods were in a bad condition so much that they looked 4 years old, full of dust and I was at work when they delivered. I called them the following day to inform them I was unhappy and was told there is dust everywhere hence the stuff was dirty, the wood of the headboard was chipped on the corners which were covered by the boxes, the suite was not assembled as promised to me, the carpentry work on the mirror was horrible as if unfinished, the list goes on. The manager (Eunice) at the store called me and was very unhappy that I didn't call there store directly and called the support number provided on their website but to cut a long story short, till today I haven't had constructive feedback I went to the store on the 24th but I was **** to and promises to get feedback and Tuesday, he didn't call till today, i keep calling and the lines don't go through and I losing money busy following up, I gave them a chance to come collect their ******* and deliver proper goods but they failed and now I want my money back and still getting stories. I will never recommended any fair price store to anyone. I regret ever walking into that store and giving them my money for nonsense goods. Clearly the managers also do not value their customers.
