TERRIBLE

<p>I am disgusted by the service I received at Southgate. I bought a dining room suite, 2 outside table and a TV stand for my mom's birthday the 9th January cash on the 29th December 2016. I specifically told the sales lady Khethiwe. On the 9th no show, I called on the 10th, told Themba my situation and he promised to call me back. An hour and half later I called back because Themba decided I was not not worth a call back about my furniture, he answered the phone again. But I asked to speak to the manager, apparently the were phone issues he could not hear me after trying a few times (this takes the cake) he tells me to call him on another number an 084 number (not ask for my number to call ME) I called that number, he asked for my invoice number, keeps me holding, comes back and says for the fridge ( I did not buy a fridge) he then tells me to call back ( I must call back?) after 10 minutes. I'm disgusted. I call back and a lady answers that 084 number and tells me that the goods were dispatched and should be delivered today the 10th. They have not been delivered till now.</p>
