Taking people for a ride

I went to Fair price Alberton in Aug to buy a couple of things, I was told they are out of stock I should laybye them and they'd call me when they do have stock

Nov, I went there physically as they still had not called, they told me all the things I want are still out of stock apart from the fridge.

I then opted to take the fridge, 2 days it was delivered, in my absence my mom and helper received it.

When we opened it was the wrong fridge.

I went back to the store to ask for them to take it back.

They said theyd take it back provided it is in its proper packaging

How else were we going to know it's the wrong fridge if we didn't open it.

Yesterday the 16th of Nov, the drivers came to collect it, the looked at the fridge and said they'd come collect later as their truck is full....

They never returned.

The longer the fridge stays at home the more reason they have for them not to take it back.

They don't even answer their phones.
