SUPER IMPRESSED WITH ASSISTANCE RECEIVED FROM STORE MANAGER (MIDWAY BRANCH)

I wish to take this opportunity to commend your manager at Midway Branch. His name is Zwolandi (Apologies if the name is spelt incorrectly)

I purchased a lounge suite from that branch on the 25th May 2019 and had a problem with the recliner.

Zwolandi made arrangements for the necessary to be done and kept me in the loop at all times with continuous phone updates and kept to every commitment made.

It is so rare in today's climate to find a Manager who puts his customer first and does not just delegate the responsibility to another staff member. His service and communication s****s are excellent and I really wish to thank him with all sincerity for doing an amazing job and making sure I was looked after.
