Struggling to get repair work done on sleeper couch

About 1 month ago I purchased a kitchen unit, wardrobe and a sleeper couch at Fair Price. Upon inspecting the goods I discovered there was unnecessary holes in the wardrobe and the handles and the front of the draw fell off from the kitchen unit as there was no glue app**** to hold it together, further the legs of the sleeper couch came off and 1 leg actually completely broke as a result of the poor framework. I have on the interim called them regarding this and spoke to the consultant Muhomned Rahmin (who was very unprofessional) who put me through to his manager Mr Ali Jogie. I have to call Ali and speak to him on whats app everyday and he keeps telling me he will sort it out for me, for the last 2 weeks Mr Ali Jogie has been giving me the run around and I do have a 6 month repair guarantee on the framework of the sleeper couch. I do not know what to do anymore can you please help me.
