Still waiting on my delivery!

Delivery enquiry: Ref 66886 Mabopane Branch Sales person: Prince Nyangula

I bought a furnisher from Fair price in December 24th that cost almost 5k... As usual they promised to deliver in 7days excluding public holidays. The problem now is that I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DELIVERY, and no communication whatsoever from them. I'm the only one who has to take my time and resources to phone the shop, at Mabopane.... The lady called Joyce only said to me there's nothing they can do since it's not their problem, they only sell and Warehouse deals with Delivery, they refuse to communicate with the warehouse so they can give their customers a satisfactory response to the Query. I'm not happy and Fair price has a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. Today is the 11th day and no one has called me.
