Still waiting on delivery

Absolutely pathetic Service. Ordered an item that was in stock on the 11/07/2023, was even given the option of choosing a delivery date i chose 15/07/2023. After numerous calls and emails i get a call on Monday 24/07/2023.To say there is no stock and delivery will be this Thursday or Friday. After numerous emails again i get told today they busy assembling the item from Wednesday and no delivery is possible today. Up till now i still dont have a delivery date for an item purchased weeks ago.
