Still waiting for my online order I placed a month ago.

I purchased dinning suit, coffee table, wardrobe and 2 ottomans on August 27, 2024. I was promised to receive my order delivered within 7 to 21 working days. It's been more than 21 days and I still haven't received my delivery. I've sent emails to no response. Went to the neatest store but they say they unfortunately cannot help me since I placed my order online. I'm not happy with this service. All I want from them is to have my furniture delivered to me in good condition.
