Still waiting for my delivery 😡

Worst Service Ever from Fair Price Southgate

I bought a TV stand and Home Theatre System which I was promised that I will be delivered on the 03 January 2023 because I needed to return to work the next day and there's no one to receive the item.

I called them the whole and none of the provided numbers picked up till 14:07 my call was answered and I was promised that they would track my order and call me back asap it's 17:00 no call no order.

I don't understand why I'm being disrespected and disregarded as I paid for them. What must happen now as I don't have nothing and when will I receive my delivery and who's going to receive my delivery geniuses.

Thank you for nothing and I'm very disappointed in your service. This is my first and last purchase there. I'd never recommend you to anyone else.
