Still waiting for delivery ***

I bought a lounge suite at Fair Price Meadowlands on the 26th November 2017 and was told that delivery would be made within the next 7 days. Today is exactly 9 days since my purchase and still no delivery and no call to advise about the progress of delivery. I called Fair Price Meadowlands, they took my name and number and promised to call me back but no call. I called Fair Price head office and they also did the same thing as the store. I bought the lounge suite cash but now must be running behind Fair Price like I'm asking for freebies. This is terrible service and in a way shows that the store is not at all concerned about the customers view about them.
