STILL NO DELIVERY

I have finished paying off my Laybuy of kitchen units last year in December and I was told they will be delivered in 7 working days till today am still waiting. Last week I phoned the store 3 times and every time I phone am told they will check and call me back and they never call. I dnt even know what they are checking. Am really getting sick and tired of such treatment from them. If they can not deliver my kitchen units can they just give me back my money!!!
