Sitting with Faulty Wardrobe and being ignored

I bought a faulty wardrobe from Fair price, after many efforts of getting it exchanged, Nothing is happening and its still occupying space in my room, useless wardrobe. I have written to hello peter before and they did not reply. every time I call to speak with the manager they tell me the manager went outside or he is receiving and will get back to me. I am tired of this terrible service that I am getting over my money. I regret the day I thought of buying in their store, their service is horrible.
