Silverton fair price bad customer service

Silverton fair price BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK Unprofessionalism at its best and consumers rights ignored I bought a bed a week ago and reported it damaged immediately after delivery,it took them another week for them to do exchange only for them to exchange with a worse broken bed ,I still thought I should give them a benefit of doubt by engaging with them but their work ethic=0. As for their customer service ,waste of time, Belinda is rude Was assisted by Nonjabulo but today they get to tell me that they'll have to take the bed for repairs, How do you repair /asses a new bed , If you have money to waste ,you can shop with them but wouldn't advice anyone to shop with them. I'll still take that *****ed company to the ombudsman for consumers coz I can't tolerate the abuse ,Where do they expect me to be sleeping in the 14 days that they will be assessing the bed , How do they get to sell such to customers , We work hard for our money for us to ***** us
