Shocking service and faulty chair from Fair Price Store

We purchased items from Fair Price. To get our items delivered was an experience on its own . I was told after paying for my order in full that when the drivers arrive I would need to pay them extra. No where on the website is that stated and I had to phone the office. After clearing that up, I waited for my order which never arrived. Eventually after getting concerned that this was a ****, my husband managed to get hold of a staff member who assured me our order would arrive on the day. By 12h00 no phone call and no goods. When I phoned t9 check, I was told that the warehouse called the driver and they had to go back and sorry for not notifyjng me. My husband called again and was told we would get oyr delivery. The driver arrived arpund 5pm after a few calls and saying they could not find our address. We did not believe a word and were confused as they were given our location via WhatsApp. When the delivery finally arrived, my husband was asked to help carry our order as the staff were tired and their arms were sore. We unpacked our items and had to assemble a desk and chair ourselves. The chair could not be assembled as the holes for the *****s were closed. My husband took photos of the chair which clearly showed the problem and sent it to customer care department at Fair Price. To cut a long story short, we were given a new representative to handle our query and had to resubmit the information again. After 3 to 4 weeks, we are still waiting for assistance for a replacement chair.
