SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

What the hell it's wrong with this shop I am currently at the store receiving a shocking treatment from Jeanette of which they claim it's the manager of the store,and kea also doesn't have a customer service I want u to send this people back to training again some of the issues they were not explained to me can you please call me I want to be called ASAP and I am so not gonna pay the difference amount on my order you will do all the price changes it got nothing to do with me if I am not called by district manager,and now I am being told that wardrobe it's not assembled..can someone call me like before monday ***
