Selling Faulty Beds

I purchased a bed in December 2020 that has a 6 month warranty, a month later the bed is giving me problems and when I go to the store, I'm bring told I can't be assisted because the slip they gave me has lost some texts, so this makes my warranty invalid...

My conclusion is that they sell faulty beds on purpose, don't buy their beds.
