Second hand washing machine sold to me as New

On the 27th November 2023 I bought a brand new Defy Washing Machine cash and it was delivered after 3 days and when we connected it didn't opporate it kept on giving us an error message. I called the shop and notify them and they send their technician who came and check the machine gave us the report that there's some parts missing on this machine, that took me back to the day we connected it. The machine was brand new according to the shop but there was water coming out of it the same day we connected it. They don't calls so I went again to the shop ni was told I must wait until Friday meaning it will me 4 week with a product that is not working. Now they don't want to speak to me anymore the are referring me to Defy.
