****med at fair price furniture

I bought a TV set at a fair price store, the tv was advertised as a JVC HD smart TV. I made the manager aware of the issue and he promised me a smart TV. on my last visit he refused to help me get my smart TV and tells me that it was a misprint from head office. The point is their TV was advertised as smart TV but today I am stuck with a TV that is not a smart TV, with arrogance, he told me to escalate the matter with who ever I want to. I feel ****med because what was advertised is not what I got.
