My name is Dineo Matsepe I bought a couch at Fair Price on the 25th of April 2022 on the 28th they delivered the couch . On the 2nd of May i went back to the store and told them that the couch was faulty as the foam was too soft in a way that i sat on the actual base of the couch ,fine the Manager than said he will call head office and get back to me . of which he never did. On the 16th of May I went back and the manager told me that he had forgotten about my case. I even called their head office . On the 24th of May I called and they came on the 6 of June 2022 and took the couch. On the 9th of June they returned the couch and it still had the same problem . I went to them on the 20th June 2022 and 29 June 2022 manager told me that he is still waiting for the head office to reply. Today on the 12 June 2022 I got a call from Fair Price and i was told that they can no longer assist me as they tried once. Which I feel is unfair as I didn"t even use that couch for a month. It's not my fault that they sell poor quality.

.I am so sick and tired of the lies and empty promises of the manager at Fair Price. This guy is honestly making my life a living hell .I bought a couch which was not in a good condition it was collected .on the 22 July 2022 I went to the store to demand a refund and I was told to come back on Tuesday the 26 of July 2022 .I went back and again I was told to come on Saturday on Saturday I went and he convinced me to take another couch I agreed and he said he would deliver on Wednesday. Today the 2nd of August 2022 I called to follow up and all I got is that their system has been off and that he cannot get hold of head office. Like a whole shop he can't get hold of head office since Saturday am I been taken for a fool or what worse part he has the audacity to tell me that I am not the only customer how so when I have been struggling with this guy for 3 months full no I am sick and tired and I demand my refund. Tomorrow the 3rd if I do not get my couch I want my refund and if I don't get anything I will go and close the store .You can call the police or whoever I do not care. That's my hard earned money I will not be ****med by FairPrice no ways . I will even include lawyers or whatever I demand my money or couch tomorrow
