Satisfied customer

Firstly their turn around time is extremely long. They state that deliveries will take up to 7 to 21 days however that is not true. They take very long to return calls and it is very difficult to get through to them. After many tries of trying to resolve my issue with emails and calls I finally got through.

My call was taken by a guy named Melusi Innocent Mngomezulu, he came across as very helpful and patient even though I was still abit sceptical that me waiting for my delivery will get resolved. He offered me an alternative product along with a refund because the alternative product was abit cheaper than the initial product I ordered. I declined the refund and in result to that he offered me another product to the value of my refund. He also mentioned that he will make sure that my order is delivered within a few days after his call to me.

I thought he was lying but the next day he made a follow up call to me all on his own to give me assurance and on the third day of speaking to him, I received my package. He kept in contact with me right up until the moment I received my package and because of his excellent customer service and patience and making sure that I was satisfied as a customer, I am grateful for him and so should the company be as well.
