Rude and Bad attitude from a delivery guy

I received a call from your delivery guy (Mighty Hlongwane) advising me that he has my parcels and he is 20 minutes away to my house and I clearly told him that I am available however I need to leave in an hour as I didn't have appointment with them to deliver my stuff yesterday. My delivery date was suppose to be on the 12 December 2020 as per the sales person Mavis Ngako that is why I didn't expect them.

I kept on calling him just to confirm how far he was because the 20 minutes he gave me lapsed long time ago. He arrived at place 3hrs:30 minutes later and I asked him why did he tell me that he will be at my place in 20 minutes, he then started insulting and undermining me telling me that I should use my common sense and that I am not the only customer he has and he is a delivery guy not a courier guy so I should've not ask him about the time he's going to deliver my stuff.

To make matters worse he was giving me this all sorts of attitude in front of his girlfriend, I was literally amazed how does he work with his girlfriend or is it the reason why he was late and giving me attitude because he wanted to impress her and I told him that am going to report him, he told me that it's okay I can go and complain and he gave me his number ***to confirm that he is not bothered by his attitude.

I am extremely livid regarding this kind of attitude from your delivery guy and definitely Fair Price has lost me as their customer.

Your delivery guys are misrepresenting your company Fair Price because now your losing a customer because of them.

Kindly please escalate this matter to the relevant people for further intervention.
