Rude

Fair price from koma road next to Jabulani mall, worst service ever, went with my mom to lay bye a fridge, the consultant told us she needs fair price card to assist us, we didn't have a card so she said we can leave the money then we can come back the following day to lay bye then we said will bring the money and the card tomorrow. Came back the following day and I lay bye the fridge. After a month I went to pay the outstanding balance they told me that they don't have that fridge at the warehouse I will have to wait or get a different one, I told them to refund me I will go to another fair price and they said I won't get a refund today, I told them to call their manager. When the manager arrived he was extremely rude and he didn't want to know what's the problem he just said refund her and left
