****** by fair price and their drives. They don't want to refund me

I bought 2 chestof drawer on the 04_12-2018 and where shipped on the 06-12-2018.i the numerous times calling the store to request for my goods and I was sent from pillar to post. I eventually requested for a refund. I was told that the driver who was supposed to be delivering was arrested and they were then moved to another drive who they cannot allocate and ad a result the can't refund me until they get the goods back. So I gave them till Monday. Which I still did not get any assistance. I then took it to my self to go to the store and find out whats happening with my refund. The manager said he is still waiting he will come back to me. 3hours after I was from the store three man came to deliver my chestof drawers after they were instructed buy a guy at the warehouse called sifiso not to deliver but return them back to the store. This guys came with damaged good and wanted me to forcely take them the other one who was driving was very rood and told me fairprice does not refund. His tired of us african women. And that am not grateful coz even now he is doing me a favour by delivering for me. He the continued to swear at me. Car number plates HK49RM. The owner of the vehicle was also rood to the manager at the store refusing to take the goods back to the store for me to get my refund.
