Ridiculously Poor Customer Service at Fair Price Alberton

I have made a purchase of a wardrobe gloss cream white. Ref-165 992 at Fair Price Alberton On the 30th August 2024 at a cost of R60000, Salesperson- Sibusiso Nhlapo, and I was told that it was not available in store until 14 days after purchase. I have been patiently waiting for the delivery of my item however nothing has been communicated with me since the day of purchase. Such poor customer service for a well-established business is unacceptable and ridiculously unbelievable. It's been more than 60 days now, and as frustrated as I am, my purchase has not yet been delivered.
