Refusing to refund my money back

I went to fair price mayibuye branch to buy a fridge they don't have stock of the one am looking for but they still don't want to refund my money back I have been wanting for two weeks now this is totally bad service there customer service number does not work so how are they going to help customers it means they only care about money and not the customers I will never buy at that store ever again
