Refused my Investec Card for payment stating its not a South African Bank

Wanted to buy a couch and after spending 30 good minutes the So call Manager said they cannot accept my card for payment just because its not a South African Bank. I tried to expalin to him that Investec is a South African and all my efforts to explain to him were in vain. Problem is he didn’t even attempt to swipe my card all he did was looking at my card as if his eyes are the machine. Was so disappointed at the service, i mean how can one be appointed to a management position with such ignorance. Now the company has lost on on a R20000 sale just because of hard headed ******** person.

This store is in Mafikeng town opposite Northwest mall. The shop assistant was Ernest i didnt get the name of the manager because i was angry.???????
