Refusal to reimburse a laybye cancellation

Absolutely pathetic service... And borderline *******. I started a laybye for a couch with them and paid two installments... Everybody was friendly and forthcoming.. I saw a better product , even cheaper in another store... Decided to go for that one. Went and requested to cancel my laybye. Tm her attitude immediately changed and I was blatently told the don't have money and wont help me...(not cant, WON'T!) I called head office and requested intervention. They told me to "negotiate" with the store... As it stands I have not yet received my refund and I'm considering legal action.
