Refund withheld! I want my money

I bought couches on Friday the 1st of August 2020, had them delivered same day that evening only to find that they don’t fit. I called Fair Price Festival Mall to come pick them up because of the size. Was told they will pick up Saturday morning but didn’t come, Monday I called them all day and eventually the driver arrived just before 6pm. Tuesday morning called the store and was told the couches have a dent & I won’t receive my refund instead the couches must be delivered back to my address.

I am so upset at the way the whole matter was handled. No one informed me of the dent, till I called. I’m at the store now & no one is of any help. Relaxed & couldn’t be bothered at all.

I want my refund! 13K I’m told someone from head office that can deal with this is in a meeting! Does this whole chain of furniture store have 1 person that can deal with this issue???????????? I WANT MY REFUND
