Refund issues

I currently walked into the store, chose the TV Stand I wanted to purchase, this sales lady captures the wrong one in which I then thought maybe its on markdown or something. The que was long I sent my mom to pay as I went back to work. She explained that the one we want is not what was captured and that she can add the difference, they don't have it in stock. Now they want My ID. I sent my license they insist on the ID. Mind you my mom did a cash payment, no ID was requested throughout the payment. Now they can't refund her because they need my ID.... she paid only 10mins ago and because what we want is out of stock they dragging the refund... I'll never ever visit Fair Price potchefstroom. Service is poor. SALES Lady is only nice until you point out her flaws she becomes rude! She wanted to pin her mistake on me saying I choose the wrong one like really now 👎👎 even now I haven't gotten the refund, I must drive all the way back home for an ID just to get back the money my mom paid cash in store 10nmins ago
