Refund

I need assistance with my refund for goods that I had purchased and returned to the store in October 2023. Left the slip with the manager that was very rude and disrespectful to me. On returning the goods they said they don’t have the funds to refund and they will call when they have the funds.They called and said I must bring my ID with I must not send anyone else though the store is very fair from where I stay and work and they can’t eft. Went back again today the 23rd January 2024 and I’ve been sent to the police station to lay a complaint there. Assisted by the same manager.
