Refund because fair price didn't deliver purchased goods

I would like to express my disgust at the service Iv received at Fair Price store in chamdor.. We purchased a chest of draw and a washing machine on the 30th of September 2021 and it was explained to use they will deliver on the 1st of October the next day.. I waited the whole day nothing. A past and still nothing.

I decided to go to the store and ask for a refund coz I ran out patience... I spoke with their manager Pontsho Lebogo after an agent of theirs told me it will take 14days to refund me. I tried explained I didn't laybay I paid cash and logic dictates I get my cash back today.. I was so angry word where not coming out of mouth.. All I saw is red. She also said it was gonna take 14 days.. I regret ever thinking of supporting this company.. I regret paying these people my hard earned money. Who can help me get my money faster.. Please help
