Refund

I purchased a bed online on the 29-04-2024 and the delivery date was supposed to be on the 01-05-2024 and they didn't delivery. On the 2nd the delivery guy called me and told me that he's on his way to deliver my bed but didn't a didn't even called to explain why he didn't come I was the one who called later on and he told me he will come the next day and hasn't up to this day

I wrote to their help desk and still no response, requested a refund but nothing up to date. I am so disappointed and I want my money back
