REFUND

Fair price Pretoria central I went to the shop wanting to purchase a bed and I paid 1000 rands as laybye then went back the following week on Monday to pay an amount of 1.4 I came back later that day and wanted to pay an outstanding amount of 300 because the bed was 2700 the sales person called Nhlanhla Mthombeni was the person that helped me and when I was about to pay the 300 rands he mentioned that the bed is not in stock we agreed with the lady at the reception that I’m gonna check for a bed at another store then if I find something that I like I will come and cancel the layby and then get my refund of 2400, I came back on Tuesday and wanted to cancel the laybye because I couldn’t get the things I was looking for and they told me that they do not have enough cash in store to give me so I should wait until the end of the day to get my money that I should leave my number and they will call me back as soon as they have enough money for the refund I went back to the store around 3 pm to see if they have the total amount of 2.4 I still didn’t get my money and then I decided that they can use whatever source of payment and I’ll get my money after three days we proceeded to cancel the layby and everything was fine I went home mind you I cancelled the layby on Tuesday and they said three days so I expected the money to reflect at least by Friday today which is the 8th of May the money was still not there I still didn’t get my refund of 2.4 then my mom called the store and they were not truthful and the explanation and they said that the money is going to reflect after seven days which is not something that was communicated with me at first so I don’t know if my refund has been processed or if they **** or if they just took my money and I really need help on this because I need my money back !!
