Rediculous Customer Service

I have bought a kitchen unit on the 24th December 2018 cash & paid R200 Delivery fee as I stay at Rockville worse part they offered in house delivery but I'm still waiting even today the 8th of January 2019. I have spent over R150 Airtime phoning the store for follow up even phoned their Head office still no help, I ended up cancelling my purchase
