Purchased a bedroom suite

I bought a bedroom suite on the 29/03/2015 and apid cash for it was told that I should expect the goods on the next day, my suite was not delivered on monday but it was delivered on the 01/04/2015 I didnt have a problem with the issue that it was not delivered at the agreed date the only problem I had was that the suite that was being delivered did not look new it looked like it was used. I told the guys that I was not going to be able to sign for that and wanted a new suite to be sent even called the sales consultant who assisted and advised them, my sister went to the store the next day and we were told that they will bring in the suite. I'm still waiting for them to deliver my bedroom suite. I'm so disppointed coz it looks like I still need to go back and remind them that they need to dliver my goods. The things that I bought might be cheap to them and it could be the reason why I'm not considered but I need that suite or they can just refund my money I will go to a store where my I will be serviced satisfactory.
