Promise kept

I would like to thank fair price chamdor for promised kept. I recently requested to be refunded for lack of delivery for purchased goods and they told me I had to wait 14 days(which I was furious about by the way). I waited 14 days while my money luxuriated in their account getting more and more angry by the day. Finally the day came and I went... I got to the store and asked for the money and I was told they have not generated enough money for the day, they will call me by close of business to come get the money if collected enough. Furious as I was there was nothing I could do or say as speaking with their manager was a complete waste of time. I went home and this lady we spoke to at reception called me politely and said they can't refund me that day, the money collected isn't enough. They will came me the next day to come collect. Lord behold they did:) l got my refund
