Poorest service

Poorest service ever! After waiting freaken 2hrs from 11:09 -13:00 just get into the store, I bought a couch for R3500, wen I get home it's one back cushion short and only 2sofa feet ...went back the following day and apparently they cudn't find the cushion...and they will call as soon as they receive new stock.
