Poorest customer service ever

I made a purchase on the 11th December and was told to expect delivery on the 20th and today is the 29th and I haven't received anything. When I call the store, they don't the phone. When they've picked up the phone and realize that it is a complain, they drop the phone and they will not answer again. Right now I need my money back.
