Poorest customer service ever

Im currently having a bad experience with this furniture shop, my wife bought chest drawer on laybye in Dec 2017 and finished payment by January 2018, and when i went in january to finish payment, i was told its out of stock at the shop in kaalfontein, and even in their warehouse, so i was told. And even now we have not received our product and we dont even get a update about it unless we go and ask. I can say their customer service is the poorest i have ever seen.
