Poor unproffessional Service

Bought Furniture cash on the 27th February 2016. I was told the furniture would be delivered 4th March 2016. I contacted Kabelo on the 4th and he said it will be delivered on saturday the 5th. Still there was no delivery. He gave me the run around and after calling his manager he promised to deliver Monday. I contacted him and he still made promises. I have requested refund.
